Sabans Ripoff Rental Car Company Representative Rude and Vulga

I rented a truck for local use. The rep did not go over the fine print or details of the contract. The truck was suppose to be $129.95 for three days with 500 miles. When I went back to return the truck I arrived at 7:55 am. They were suppose to open at 8:00 am. At 8:07 am someone finally arrived so I could return the truck. I had called at 8:05 am to see if someone was planning on opening the facility. Once inside, the attendant added up my charges and gave me my bill.in my bill was a fee of $50.85 for insurance. I have insurance on my own vehicles that cover any vehicle I drive or rent. Also was a fee for $11.99 to clean the car. On top of all that, I was charged 18.35% for tax. When I questioned the charges, the attendant or representative started cussing at me. He called himself "Fred".

The attendant called me a F-ing whinning prick and many more names. I have never in my entire life been treated with such disrespect from anyone, let alone someone that I was paying for a service (rental truck). I asked several times for the corporate phone number or owners phone number. I was told it is on the contract. The only number on the contract was the local store number. I will not ever do business again with a shabby outfit that is disrespectful. IF YOU ARE an out of towner or a local, I highly recommend going elsewhere!!!
