Ripoff and fraudulent auto extended warranty

We puchased a used BMW from a good dealership with a Omnicare extended warranty. The car works great but we had some minor problems with the electric locks. We tried to contact Omnicare, with no success.

Its been over a year and we continue to call and still nobody answers the phone. We fill that we were ripped-off by purchasing this fraudulent extended warranty of OMNICARE which they fail to honor.
