Ripped off by this company for an extended car warranty

I spoke with representative jorge ballinger of certified dealer services and was promised an extended warranty on my auto. It was for 5 years, the secure choice plan.

I put down $495 and supposedly financed the balance of payments for $185.42 monthly. My question is how did they get my personal information on my auto and contact me? The dealership said they were the ones who should have contacted me about an extended warranty.

I am now out the money, cannot reach them and have no warranty on my car.
