Leatherrepairkits.com Took payment then cancelled my order when I made an enquiry about backorde

I did a lot of research to find the 'best' company manufacturing a leather repair kit for our Porsche. I decided to purchase the kit from 'Magic Mender' because of their reviews on the internet, and the availability of a perfect match for our leather interior. They took the payment right away, but then sent an e-mail two days later stating that my product was on back order for 'a few days'. Nearly two weeks later, I had heard nothing.

I went back to their website to get in contact with them, and bizarrely, there are statements to the effect that it is normal for a company to not want to post any contact information these days. I sent them an e-mail, and they promptly cancelled my order and accused me of threatening them. Well, I am not sure if they are a reputable company or not, but please read the fine print on their website and their 'guarantee'. I could bet that they sucker a lot of people in who are not on the ball.
