9 i had the transmission in my 2001 ford excursion rebuilt at the Mr. Transmission of johnson city tn. I was treated poorly at time of rebuild. Total cost was over $3000.00. Then on 6 the transmission failed again while i was out of town. I had to pay for a tow ($275.00) and a rental ($150.00). The transmission was rebuilt again under warranty. The shop manager stated that a clutch that was not replaced during the first rebuild failed. But i paid for a total rebuild ($3000.00). Now i m out over $400.00 plus the $3000.00... Stay away from this place.
