I had my transmission rebuilt at a cost of 1832.43. I was quoted a price of around 1000. Well my transmission started acting up doing the same thing when i brought in the car the warranty ended on aug. 2. I took the car to an oldsmobile dealership. They put it on a lift and told me the transmission pan was overfilled by 2 quarts and they also found metal chips in the transmission. I only put 8000 miles on this transmission. There's more to this i'm just keeping it short.
