Light Restoration Rip Off

I originally took my vehicle in for strut and engine oil leak repairs. As I was at the dealer I also asked the question on how much a new pair of lights would cost me and ED (sevice rep) said $377 a piece, that was extremely expensive to me. I asked Ed if they did light resorations, my lights looked scratched and foggy. He responded that they did and that my lights would look like new. I told him that I would go ahead and have them restored since my vehicle was already there. He also told me it would cost $129.00 for the pair so really beat the $377 a piece.

When I came the following day to pick up my vehicle I noticed the headlights to still look foggy and I could see the glazing streaks, they also had a bumpy and rough feel to them. I ask ED why my headlights turned out like this, he mentioned they could never make them look like new and they tried their best. I told him that that's not what he mentioned to me the day before - he then denied telling me otherwise.

I told him I was not satisfied with the outcome of my lights and I was dissapointed, I wanted a refund. He stated he could not give me a refund and could only redo them for me. I told him I would not take a second chance and leave my vehicle another day and he said there was nothing he could do. His boss Brock Pennel was not there so I called the following day, his reponse was " I already heard about you guys about yesterday and there is nothing I can do".

I was surprised that he did not even give us a chance to explain, there was a internal decision between the manager and the service rep ED&bad business. After all of this the price was also not what I was told. I was told $129 tax and it turned out to be $139 tax which was another lie. I am very dissapointed and am now facing to pay another $120 elsewhere to have them redone. This is one of the worst repair experiences I have ever faced in my life and I will never recommend this place to anyone for service/purchase.
