Bad business plan

The next time the United States Post Office need to raise rates tell them hell no. With a business plan like they have if it was any other business they would have went bankrupt in 6 months. I mail a couple of hundred dollar money order at the post office. 6 days later I get a envelop from the post office and inside was a small piece of the money order. I talked to the postman and his supervisors. They say they are not responsible and will not refund the money. That is like saying you take your computer to the store for repair and when you come back all that left is the hard drive and they tell you they are not responsible. It would not bother me if all of them lost their jobs or come up with a better business plan.in my 61 years I have never seen such irresponsibility of a company. I have received mail that has opened from the election committee and told not responsible. Some sensitive mail of my wife's was delivered in the next block and her identity was stolen. When I complain I was told not responsible. What are you responsible for? Not people secure information even though you take the mail under that premise. Not responsible for people hard earn money even though you tell how safe your system is..
