Unreasonable "deal"

I purchased a $35 facial from Maxwello spa back in March. Maxwello staff only answers the phones on Wednesdays. The number listed on their website is disconnected. I found another number to their Pearland location, and was able to learn of these secret phone answering hours, and also learned that the downtown spa location phone is automatically answered by a service, and you must press "0" or you will not be able to talk with anyone. I asked to schedule an appointment, perhaps on a Friday or Saturday, but I was informed that the only times you may schedule the 1.5 hour service (which must be done at the same visit) was on a Monday from 10am until 5pm. I feel this was misleading and should have been clearly disclosed in the "deal." I am fortunate enough to have a job, so I am unable to take off 2 hours in the middle of the day on Monday to take advantage of this.
