Rippe off been waiting on part since april 10, called 5 times get run around and lies

My son purchased me a tv about march. About march i could only get maybe 10 channels. He purchased extended warranty so i called for service.

I gave them my home phone and hours, i gave them my work phone and hours. I never got a call between the hours they said on april 10 so i called at 11:30, lady said tech was 10 minutes away. Now this is their scheduling, even though i gave exact hours to call each number, he had called my house at 8:30, never called my work which i put for after 7:30.

I hurridely left work thank god only 10 min. Away so i wouldn't miss him. He said he needed to order a part, would take about 5 days and they would call me to schedule. I very clearly explained to tech our office was moving and i could not jump up and be here without advance notice. He very kindly told me when they call tell them to schedule appointment on a saturday when troy (him) was working. I appreciated him offering that.

As of may 23 no word so i called and spoke to a man, he said he saw no order for me so he would call troy and have him get it ordered and call me.

As of june 11 no word, i called spoke to lisa. She said reason for delay they were waiting on management to decide to change part or replace t.V. She said conn's will call when decision made. I again very plainly gave her my numbers and hours for each.in about hour she called said they refused exchange so they would order part.

In about another hour lisa called back and said they had me scheduled for tech to come on friday june 27, i told her when troy was here april 10 he said tell them to schedule for him to come on a saturday that he worked. She put me on hold then said o.K. It is done troy will be there saturday june 28.

Today i waited till 11:00 A.M., no call no troy so i called and spoke to christy. She said troy had called my home number friday june 27, i put her on hold, checked and he had called about 8:30 and left message he would be here between 11 and 1. O.K. First of all that time frame is in my work schedule, he never called my work.

But the real kicker is answer christy then gave me, she put me on hold, come back and said they will ORDER part and call to reschedule... Now if troy had the part and was coming the day before friday june 27, where was part saturday june 28?

I again gave her both my numbers and exact hours.

Does this kind of service enhance what they say on their recording? I do not think so.

When i moved in this house, the people had big tv/stereo system and conn's told them if it needed to be moved call, if they moved it would void warranty, it was 3 months and no conn's movers.
