Never again to NTB! - Inspection

I went to NTB for an oil change. After the inspection, the employee and mechanic advised me that I needed at least $1300 in repairs on my car. A few days later I went to my dealership and they told me that I didnt actually need half of the recommnedations from NTB. After I complained to NTBs corporate office, the service manager from NTB called me upset and told me that all of the recommendations were only based on mileage. However, it certainly wasnt presented to me that way by the employees and when I attempted to explain that to her, her attitude grew worse. I'm sure they practice this very often to get more money from defenseless drivers who trust them.
