Tommy hannigan took 7500 dollars and i have no bike

I bought a gsxr 1000 from tommy hannigan, he told me that he had to get the title. This was in July. I've waited a yr for my title and bike and have neither. He would tell me the bike was ready and I would go to pick it up and he would tell me it was still apart or it needed this part or that part. It was always an excuse. When I asked about the title, I never got a straight awncer or any awncer. To this day, I am being avoided, phone calls not returned. Told me he went to diseney world after I paid him. He's. A crook, and a theif...
