Bus diver did not know how to get to 3 destinations causing me to be 35 minutes late to a meeting

On May 11, I had one of the worst Marta rides I ever had. My bus number was 3943 and my confirmation code was 5333228. I was going from my home at 3100 Lumby Drive to the Georgia Power buiding located at 150 E. Ponce de Leon Ave. I have ridden this route once or twice a month for 24 months.

My pick up was supposed to be at 12:30pm but when my driver picked me said she had gotten lost, went past Lumby Drive and a 1/2 mile to QT gas station before turning around to pick me up.

When she picked up the next customer, she again passed the street and had to call dispatch. Trying to get to my destination once she got to downtown Decatur, she drove 40 minutes before finding my location. She called dispatch 5 or 6 times for directions. All of the other drivers I had over the past 2 years went straight to the Georgia Power building.

She then tried to blame me saying that I had nor allowed her enough time for her to get to my destination on time. My meeting started at 1pm and I had told reservations I needed to get there at 12:50pm, giving her an extra 10 minutes. I finally got there at 1:35 pm, 35 minutes late to my meeting.
