Bathroom Use

It was about 9:00pm and i was at the college park marta station and i really needed to use the bathroom and the bus driver wouldn't allow me to use the bathroom stating that it closes at 7:00 i don't understand that the train runs until 1:00am and the bathroom is closed at 7 i also was in the westend station on that same night and wasn't allowed to use the bathroom i was told that the bathrooms is off limits to customers i think this is really wrong because i'm tired of getting on elevators that has urine on the floor because people aren't allowed to use the facilities in certain marta stations we as riders are paying to ride buses and trains and should be allowed to use the bathrooms if need be.
