Yuta Transport told us that they were going to pick up a shipment for us, and charged an outrageous rate to do so. When they were supposed to pick up, they never showed, and suddenly the dispatcher (Ana) wouldn't answer the phone anymore. I needed to ship that day, and they were aware that I had rented a crane to load. Don't think that they will not do the same to you, because they will not think twice about it.
