Fraud - Stole 650$

The owner Mark required a deposit for wide load permits before the transport. We sent the money, he didn't pick up our boat. We waited for it to arrive, called Mark to set up a meeting time. That's when he said he didn't pick it up. He said he'd move the boat in a month. That didn't work for us. He said he would refund the permit deposit. He didn't. Then he said it was due to a company policy; if we cancelled the transport we didn't get a refund. Well we didn't cancel the transport. HE DID, when he didn't bother on picking up our boat?!
He may pretend to be professional. But downright lies to get money.
