JustSuspension is just terrible. I purchased two Monroe struts on the evening of Friday, May 4 and later decide to cancel the order on Saturday, May 5 at 8:30 am because my wife already got it from another place and Nancy from JustSuspension told me it cannot cancel because the strut was in processing status and it was schedule to be ship by Monday. I don't understand their cancellation policy; it was less less than 12 hours that I purchased the items and their return policy is 24 hours. They told hold on, let me check and she comes back saying nothing can be done, the order was in processing status. Monday, May 7 I called at 8:3 am in he morning and provided with my order number, she put me on hold again and now tells methe strut was going to be ship on Tuesday. I called back on Tuesday at 8:30 am same story. Now they said my order will be ship to me on Thursday and I should get it by Saturday. They told me Monroe company has the order and there is no way to cancel the order. I contacted Monroe company today and the were very helpful, they said they ship parts to justsuspension every day.in addition they told me it should be no problem to cancel the order if it was not shipped or no tracking number was email to me. I am very disappointed with Just Terrible support, this company should be banned, they try not to make cancellation make money with restocking and return. They make everything impossible.
