Go florist: scams/horrible customer service/no delivery when gaurantee

I would not ever reccomed this company to anyone. I placed a order with them they gauranteed they could have a order for the date requestsed, they never delivered the flowers, the 800 number they give for customer support only argues with you when you call, yet they were really quick to with draw the 60.00 from my account and arugued about giving a refund. Even after they had notes in the system that i had called four times to check on my order. Needless to say my mom didnt get her flowers for her birthday. Do not use this company nothing but a scam, horrible customer service
