GoFlorist.com - Non-Delivery - Terrible Customer Service as Well

My experience with GoFlorist:

Bought a rose bouquet from a flower company web site, that was made to look like a local Denver company's site, but really goflorist.com (not in Denver)

Flowers were not delivered

Girlfriend Birthday Ruined

I, as you might imagine, got in HUGE trouble with her

Requests for customer service manager to discuss were never granted... Excuses include: "No supervisor" or "Supervisor out of the Office" or "Supervisor will call you tomorrow."

SCALE OF 1-10 = Zero... Less than zero.

Horrible experience and zero customer service.

Bad bad bad!
