I go in for a tranny fluid change at the lube company this sneak comes out and shows me dipstick an exclaims look how clean your tranny fluid is now. I say to him Ive been watching you and you never even hooked up the tranny machine that drains all the fluid. He then goes on to say he'll give me a discount because he thought I was in a rush. He thought he could just drain it real quick and I wouldn't notice but what he did was strip my lines. If I didn't watch him he would have charged me $100 dollars for $5 dollars worth. They also forgot to put my oil cap back on and slammed my hood on it and almost wopped my hood.

I returned recently for an oil change and find out last time In there someone stripped my oil plug by putting the wrong plug back on and had to retread it. The same skinny weasel comes out and tries to act like he was doing me a favor by putting in a new plug and before he could even get to prices I let him know I didnt want a new plug mine was fine. He screwed up, he had the price for the plug on the paper but by then he knew better than to charge me. They are always scamming now the place has a sign under new management I guess that's a scam also. I'm sure they were getting a lot of people espcecially woman. I dont see myself going back to their illegal operations sorry but I forgot proper name but have right address good luck
