Passenger seat gouged the center console - ford corp

First off I was forced to pay for an extended warranty to get my interest lowered and save a hundred a month on my payment. Well I noticed the passenger seat does not glide easily and it was putting gouges in the center console. I made an appointment to get it fixed and to replace the console. Neither was done. The claim it is a characteristic of the vehicle! So I payed 30 grand for a vehicle along with a bumper to bumper warranty and they are not going to repair or replace a "manufacturer" defect!
