Ripoff, rude, false warranty, pushy, lies, makes customer feel inadequate and stupid, dishonest, unwilling to compromise

Buying a car from John Elway Honda you would think would be beneficial. John Elway... A trusted and respected football player that everyone in Colorado loves. Of course that was not the case for his businesses. When I first purchased the car, I was told that it had at least 6 more months of the original warranty left on it. When I went to take the car in for an oil change and to see about the light, I was told that the warranty had run out 3 months before I bought it.

I called the Manufacturer to find out if indeed this was the case and it was.

I took my case to the store manager Joe Curtin and explained the situation. I requested that the parts that I found on the car that had not been repaired when I first purchased the car be repaired and that a new warranty of 60,000 miles be produced.

Joe took care of the car as far as the cleaning detailes went, but as for the warranty, it turned out to be Bogus.
The Warranty he gave me was only for 6,000 and did not cover any oil changes, electrical, parts, or engine maintanence.

When I confronted Joe about the fraudulent warranty he complained that, "it was my fault and that I had puchased the car and he had complied with my first request and that sometime the car I purchased had to become my responsibility!"

"My responsibility" as he so colorfully put it, has cost me $8,600.00.
