The WORST warranty company - Stay Away!

I purchased a vehicle warranty for over $3000.00 and they use defective and refurbished parts to replace factory parts. I purchased this warranty (platinum) through a BMW dealer and they do not use OEM BMW parts to fix your vehicle. They are not willing to work with the dealers or customers and only care about money. They provide terrible customer service and seemed to be trained to not care about the customers concerns. If you are in the market to purchase a warranty do not waste your money with this company. Stay far far away!
