Sold an "extended warranty" that was really a warranty from 0 - 50,000 miles covered by the manufactured for $2,235

Lia Honda took our trade in and sold a 2007 Kia Spectra to my family in 2008. I recently traded the car in on another vehicle. The Kia did not hold it's value (2 years later it wasn't worth half of what we paid for it... NEVER BUY A KIA!) but that wasn't necessarily Lia Honda's fault (other than the knowledge that they were selling a crapy car).

FRAUD WARNING!
Lia Honda sold an "extended warranty" for said car for $2,235. The warranty was sold as "kicking in" after the 60,000 Kia manufacture warranty expired. When I sold the car, I went to refund the warranty as it wasn't used, only to find that that the warranty was written from mile 0 - 50,000 and 72 months.

I contact Lia Honda for the paper work (which was never provided during the original sale) and to discuss the fraud. The manager agreed that we had been swindled. The GM agreed we had been robbed. Neither were authorized to refund the stolen funds. They brought the issue to the owner who offered to sell me another car at cost...
That was it. I am unwilling to purchase another car from LIA HONDA and would like a refund for the fraudulent warranty.

After significant research we have found Lia Honda's prices (even at cost) are unreasonable. Why would be support a business that STOLE from us?
