Joe scam me out of $1000 down payment

This guy joe is a scam i got a car from this dealership put $1000 cash down they said ok everything went threw your approved i took the car home two weeks later joe called me said loan didnt go threw were coming to pick up the car i said ok are you bringing my $1000 down payment he said no i asked why? Then he hung up on me he sent a repo company to my house at midnight that night

They have had the car back for three weeks now when i call to talk to joe about my down payment they hang up on me or no one wants to talk to me he is a scam he has did this in the past with others i still have not got my $1000 down payment back this dealership should be closed down and joe should go to jail he scams people out of $1000's and he gets away with it. I will be taking this to court. Beware do not go here.
