I was considering buying a car from JD Byrider but after reading the complaints (which is expected because no one is perfect) it didn't surprise me... What did surprise me were the REBUTTAL comments made by JD Byrider corporate which are rude and unprofessional. You can't tell us all that the degrading comments on there are not from JD Byrider as they go into detail to defend the company over and over again.
