Towards the Supervisor,

Its been my toughest experience coping with Emirates Airlines Customer support worker, Our mom was going very first time on Emirates Airlines, I called-up the phone call center and talked towards the team, I suppose the phone call arrived in gurgaon where the staff offered his title as mustapha. Some arabic staff title with indian feature.

Firstly he was so rude within the telephone, i experienced as though I've completed some offense by calling the Flight.

After I told him that my mom is going very first time on Emirates Airlines and requested him what specific help can you offer senior years people. I had been surprised when he flatly declined saying we don't offer any serivce. I thought I'd named the incorrect numebr and requested this arabic men, was I talking with Emirates Airlines, to which he responded, I've previously briefed you in my own starting converstaion perhaps you have not noticed? Emirates airlines this rude conduct of the team, eventually determined me to alter my choice and create my mom journey on various other provider.

After I advised the men mustapha he explained not a problem and hung-up the phone call onme. I sensed he'd some poor evening together with his spouse thats why he was eliminating his disappointment on me.

Emirates Airlines please check out the customer support, such type of conduct not approved in service business
