My loved ones happens to be an Emirates client. Like a matteroffact, simply previously three years, my loved ones and pals purchased Emirates more than 15 times. Obviously, I'm really dissatisfied within the support that people received today. I'd never anticipated Emirates to deal with us such as the method they did today in the poor airport. A guy called Herbert was beyond rude and endangered people numerous occasions to stop our trip. I'd originally bought Business-Class seats for my dad, who's an Epileptic patient and my relative who's also an Epileptic individual. The main reason I'd purchased these business-class seats was since sleep deprivation and claustrophobia causes an epileptic seizure assault and that's a significant risk for them.

Emirates called me back AFTER I'd bought my seats and published out the schedule and informed us they returned our seats since the chairs weren’t readily available for that cost. This really is unprofessional and idiotic to express minimal! We purchased our seats in a regular manner and were robbed out-of business-class! If it wasn’t essential for my dad to travel to Pakistan on such short-notice, I'd HAVEN'T approved an economy-class solution! I'd requested the employees in the Emirates table in the poor to please provide us a back row seat where my dad and relative might experience much more comfortable or even to take action else that will permit them to experience better about thier health.

IT WAS A MEDICAL CAUSE, WE'D DOCUMENTS, SPECIALIST FILES AND USA ID MEDICAL DOCUMENTS TO VERIFY OUR HEALTH CONDITIONS. MANY OF THESE PAPERS RECEIVED TO THE EMIRATES TEAM AND THEY REFUSED TO CHECK OUT THEM! The person in the table (Herbert) was rude and began producing threats about rescheduling our trip if we continued talking about our medical problem! It was unprofessional, discriminatory, uncalled-for along with a terrible experience. I'm allowing the Client Matters of Emirates Airlines realize that if SOMETHING happens to my dad or my relative, I'll be processing a multiple-million-dollar law suit against Emirates Airlines.

The reason being Emirates confirmed TOTAL AND COMPLETE NEGLECT and declined to fix their error. Being an Emirates customer, I'm ashamed as of this terrible support!!!
