Front Axle Nut missing on scoote

I ordered 2 Laguna 50cc Scooters from County Imports in February. One was missing the Front Axle Nut and repeated efforts to obtain one from this company have been ignored. Responses to emails are nil. I'm going to have to obtain one on my own, it's not the money, it's the principle of the matter.

If a company won't fix a problem this simple, i want nothing to do with it. The only positive is it wasn't something more serious or costly. Rest assured, they will not get any more of my business.
