Damaged Vehicle Sold as "Certified Safe"

I would like to tell anybody who is considering doing business with this lot my story. I purchased a 05 Rubicon from them. The vehicle passed their “safety” inspection. On the way home I noticed the vehicle pulled to the right on the freeway. I was not very concerned about the issue; I just thought it needed an alignment.
I took my new vehicle to the alignment shop. They informed me that the lower control arm mount on the axle (passenger side) was bent. They also found the axle tube on the passenger side is bent causing the pull to the right. I was quoted over 3 grand to repair the vehicle I just bought that was “certified” safe.
I contacted Brian the sales manager and explained my issue. He told me the axle could be straightened. I just needed to remove the axle and all of the internal parts, bring him the front axle housing for repairs. I explained that this vehicle was my only source of transportation and that I would like my front axle replaced with a used unit. Used axles were going for $2,500. I explained that I was not unreasonable and that I would pay for half the part and cover the labor to install it. I asked for $1,250 dollars to cover half of the cost of the used part. Brian refused my offer and said that he would only pay $200 for the repairs.
I have since contacted the Better Business Bureau in an effort to have my vehicle repaired.
