Customer service is nil after sale

I requested 2 Laguna 50cc Scooters from Region Imports in February. One was lacking the Leading Axle Nut and recurring attempts to acquire one out of this organization have already been overlooked. Answers to emails are nil. I am likely to need to acquire one by myself, itis not the cash, oahu is the theory of the problem. If your business wont repair an issue this easy, I'd like nothing related to it. The only real good is it had beennot anything more severe or expensive. Be assured, they'll not get anymore of my company.
