New brakes lasted 5 thousand miles, tire almost fell off after a rotation

We had a tire rotation done on our Jeep, 3 days later my wife called me from out of town, & said the left rear wheek was making noise. I drove to her location & found the left rear tire was very loose, & about to fall off. We had to call a tow truck to lift & tighten the tire. Woodward Auto promised it would never happen again, & reimburssed me the tow bill.

That was the last time we used Woodward Auto.
Just today we took another of our cars to our new mechanic to have the brakes checked as they were making noise. We had the brakes/rotors replace at Woodward Auto around 5000 miles ago. They all had to be replaced again today, they were all shot because Woodward Auto had used extremely cheap hardware.
