Harrasment ripoff call! Loss Mitigation They are loan shark!

Hello I am from NJ and We did loan for $2500.00 from Cash Call help me to pay my bills and Christmas Shopping. That time my husband has 2 jobs and good income I also work too.

On Feb my husband laid off from his employer due to economic condition during day job. He still working part time night jobs. He cant get unemployment until may because he still oweing we are stuck and screw up. I stop ach not to let Cash Call to deduct from my checking account and I went to the bank and put to stop ach. My husband found out that his employer being lied they did hired 2 new employer after they laid my husband off? They did discriminated against his disability. My husband and I are deaf and still having difficulty paying bills and mortgage.

I called to Cash Call that my husband laid off and cant make payment I explain to them when he get the job we will pay back they said no they are careless. They keep calling more than 25 times a day they also email send a letter in mail. They sent me a letter and said NOTICE OF INTENT and Loss mitigation. What does Loss mitigation? They don't care. They did called my mother in law and she called my father and My father worried about me for lose my home.

Cash Call called my brother and Where is D N (looking for me) and my brother knew and There is no D N and telling them to stop calling. They told him they will sue me for court in Orange County CA court. Am i go to court?

They ripp off people's life and they dont care!!! Why did Cash Call made TV commercial and then stop?
