Ecently i had my car repossed by santander, trying to get the car back was like pulling teeth, they didnt want to give me the information to get the car back, they kept giving me the run around until i finally gave up, i had been paying on the loan for four years, with two more to go. I was charged double the price of the car. They never gave me my personal belongings from the car, they just took my baby seat and cds valued over 300.00, they never said if there was a balance after the car was sold or anything they are very rude and you cant get anything resolved with them over the phone. Stay away from them at all costs.
