Global Automotive Fraudulent! Advertises Lifetime Warranty, replies to send back item, never replaces or refunds and keeps original part

Read these guy's ebay feedback not their listing. They advertise a lifetime warranty and will not honor it. We sent the part back (low quality Chinese import) to their provided address:

And heard Nothing at all. I think they were hoping I'd forget. I wrote them and no reply. Finally I said, I better hear something or I'll take action from my end. Finally got a generic reply about forwarding my inquiry to the proper department. Emailed back, heard the same thing again. Then finally I said that's it, time for action if I don't get a real answer. They then said they decided that I didn't qualify for their "lifetime warranty". They didn't honor the warranty and kept my part. I'm also out return shipping for the part. These are dishonest people. They will get what they have coming to them.

Now taking this up with ebay and paypal to recoop some of my money. To me it's worth the time to see this type of dishonesty and crime brought to justice (beyond Paypal). This is going to be reported to the FBI's internet branch and the BBB as well. No one else should have to deal with this type of fraud.
