I requested a return authorization amount on March 27. After 105 return emails stating it'd be within 24-48 HOURS. I obtained a contact saying that it had been refused since the period allocation have been too much time. I delivered them an extremely comprehensive information informing them I'd required just one RMA# on April 3, 5 entire business days later and obtained one within 2 units. What's wrong with this specific company.? I'll never purchase from their store again. The components did not match.

I called customer support numerous occasions and was disconnected every time.
