In November I bought a front-loading LG washer and dryer. Due to the technology, I also bought a long guarantee from Bestbuy. About 6 months after buying, the dryer stopped drying. I named the Geek Group, waited per week in order for them to emerge, after which waiting another week for that components to be shipped.in January I began acquiring a mistake information about the machine. The guide stated, "Disconnect the equipment instantly and demand support." I did so. I waited another week for that company visit. I had been informed, "I came across a free cable. It is mounted." Three months later, exactly the same error information. Again, I waited per week for that visit. And undoubtedly, the error information would not seriously once the technician was there. "Nothing wrong."

Around March 1, my machine quit entirely. The exact same error message. I believe the mistake was a typical one plus they understood what must be completed, but... Again, the Geek Team could not emerge to get a week. I told the Geek Group support planner this was an on going issue and maynot they please simply provide the components once they arrived. But, no, obviously not. The man turns up without components. "I'll need to purchase the parts." and "I'll contact you." No-call. Lastly, nearly per week later I obtain a telephone call stating that the support individual could be at my home between 8 A.M. And 8 A.M. "Excellent, " I believed, "I wont need to skip much work." Only a little after 8, I obtain a phone from the individual who explained the visit was from 10 to midday and he could not help it to. Therefore, I intend to be-at home. At 12:30 I contact the Geek Team to see that my visit had been ended since the components hadnot come in. Hmmm, I wonder why I acquired these verification calls when no body had worried checking to determine when the components were in.

I requested to get a boss. "I've now overlooked a complete trip to work and I'venot had a functional machine for 2 months." These were sorry, however they could not plan another visit for another 10 times easily desired Sunday support or 8 times easily desired to consider additional time off-work. I required that somebody come this Sunday.in 4 days. "I am sorry, however the repairmen just function every other Sunday."

When I view it, the Geek Group owes me. I have obtained an overall total of two times off-work awaiting them-and will probably consider another half-day. What "I am sorry for that trouble" appear hollow, do not they? I would rather notice, "We blew it. So what can we do to create this okay for you personally?" something special certificate? Another year of free guarantee?
