I requested a component for my vehicle and was very happy to obtain it overnight, when I settled for. Ended up Components Geek had delivered the incorrect component. It had been very hard utilizing the info on their site to really obtain a your hands on one to solve the problem. Whenever you contact their 800-number you receive placed on store to get a very long time after which ultimately get voice-mail. Emails for their customer support division weren't answered to. I had been ultimately ready to obtain somebody about the telephone and obtained an acknowledgment the incorrect component was delivered. Was told I'd need to spend again to obtain the right component delivered immediately plus they might credit me once the first component was delivered. As an idiot, I taken care of the 2nd part and undoubtedly it had been the incorrect component, also. Recurring telephone communications and emails were just-so much blah, blah on the component. Bottomline is i'm out $250, have two parts that do not match my car and the whole scenario required 14 days to make it to this time, because of components geekis inadequate customer support. I eventually delivered both wrong components at my cost, covered/delivery required and questioned the charge card costs with my charge card business. I'll never work with the corporation again and that i recommend nobody else achieve this, possibly.
