S&J Auto ripoffs in the refund department

I called in on April 9 and requested a quote for my 92 BMW 325I and the gentleman quoted me $150.00 plus s&h no problem with that so I gave him my credit card number and expected to have my part within 5 business days. I waited for this part anxiosly as my car was just sitting in front of my house for repair. I called up the tracking department after 10 days and the guy said he will call me back.

Well he did call me back saying that the original order taker made a mistake and the part was suppose to be for $350.00 not $150.00 like originally quoted. I refused the part for that amount and made sure my credit card was not charged. Well to my biggest surprise ever I was going thru old records today July 25! And I noticed that they charged my account for $163.50 and I was never credited!!! Why would they charge my account if the guy made a mistake??? Now they are telling me they will put in for my credit this afternoon and send me a fax for confirmation well its 5:30 PM and no one in the credit department now and I have no fax confirmation!!!

I wonder if I get a reply back from them saying if I have too much time on my hands? My opinion is that they are thieves! Why didn't they credit my account knowing they never had the part even confirmed for shipping YET they charged me? I would never order anything from them ever again... They lost ANOTHER custome
