Disappointing Experience

Very disappointed with Boatersland.com. They have very competitive prices but... It comes at a cost. I ordered a part on Monday and did 2nd day shipping for $41. I needed the part by at least Thursday. When the part ships they don't sent you a tracking # so I called in and asked for it. They said my part shipped ground even though it was suppose to go 2 day air. She said she would credit me the difference. Well she made up some amount to credit so I ended up paying $16 for shipping ground. I went to placed another order with the same parts to see what ground shipping is and it was $12. Unreal. The girl that helped me said..."our mistake, sorry, you will still get your part Friday". Won't do business with them again.
