Original Parts Group in Hunting Beach, Ca 92649 is buy far the worst auto company to deal with, let me just explain;

I ordered their catalog, just a while after receiving it I receive a post card which claimed a fifteen percent sale for the next eight weeks, so I went through their catalog and order for eight items, when I called to place the order I noticed some of the items were more then advertised, I should have not placed the order then., but I figured it was a large company so I could not go wrong.

Was I wrong, when I received the order the floor mats I ordered were supposedly matching colors, did not match the upholstery in the car. The Delco battery cover in the catalog shows an embossment for the words Delco and Energizer, The cover I received had no embossment. The cowl vent screens where on back order.

When I called them and explained I was not happy with some of the items and wanted to return them, they were reluctant in sending me a free return shipping label,
but did.

The day before I was to return the order I left the house and fed Express just left the back order of the cowl vent screens on my door step, I had no way not except them.

When I called them, there sale manager claimed I should have canceled the back order, it was the responsibility of their office to pick this up not mine.

They refused to listen and charged me as follows: fifteen dollars S/H four dollars and seventy five cents Insurance, then added anthor ten dollars and ninety-five cents shipping for the cowl vents.

I had to file a dispute letter with Visa before they would refund my money.
