Rip-off over key info never given gm extremely rude and discourteous

I went to GP Ford and purchased a vehicle and paid CASH and was only given one key to vehicle. About a month later, I contacted them and told them that I was only given one key and really felt like I should have gotten a second key. No one ever responded to me, no one returned my calls. I even wrote a letter - with absolutely no response at all!

My only key I had was ruined this past weekend and the spare that I had made at a local hardware store would not work because the key has to have a special microchip in it in order to start the car. I contacted GP Ford and told them this and the GM's only response was "Oh, well, you should have demanded one at the time of purchase". I told him that I did and no one would ever respond to me. The reason this is such an awful situation now is I called GP Ford and they told me they were going to charge me $185.00 to get a copy of this key and I would have to have my vehicle towed up there to them!!! I am a single working mother and I cannot afford to shell out almost $300.00!!!

This GM's name is Jeff Baker and he is the absolute rudest man I have EVER had the dipleasure of dealing with. I was trying to explain the situation to him and he HUNG UP ON ME! That will be the last time I set foot on GP Ford's property. They DO NOT care at all about their customer's once they pay for a vehicle. Their customer service stinks!!! And so does their GM!!! Never buy a single thing from grand prairie ford - you will regret it!!!
