UUAC Universal Underwriters Bad banks Complete ripoff holding payments

This financing company is the absolute worst place that I have ever done business with in my life. I am making my normal monthly car payment as normal on my accout thinking that everything is great. WRONG!!! The company held my payment and did not cash them at all on the account for some extremely dumb reason more than likely but, when I contacted them to find out why they were unable to give me any reason why!

HOW CONVENIENT! So there is now all kinds of problems on my credit report at this time I ask how they are going to rectify this problem they said and I quote " This is not our F*CKING PROBLEM YOU NEED TO FIX IT WITH THE CREDIT BERUEA!" This is coming from there customer sevice line of all places and then hung up on me. I got a copy of my credit report and it showed a REPOSSESION on the report for the car that I was still driving needless to say I am still trying to clear everything up to this day. Anyway to some it up the worst company ever.
