Universal Underwriters ripoff powertrain waranty Overland Park, Kansas

Back in June 29 I purchased a used 2000 Chevy Suburban with 101,241 miles for $10,000. I also purchased power train Warranty due to the high mileage on the vechicle for an additional $2,000. The company is Universal Underwriters Group. A month after my car purshase I started hearing clicking noises from the engine and my car was over heating. I took it to the dealer whom I purchsed it from and they said that the noise is normal beacause is a high mileage vechicle. And they can't find why is over heating. On 10-3 I took it back because the noise was getting worse and it was losing power. The mechanic said that he has to do a 90 hr. Diagnostic on it to see whats wrong. One week later he tells me that my engine is no good, he has to contact my power train warranty company. Two weeks go by and the adjuster to universal Underwriters deny my claim twice. According to Universal underwriters they do not cover wear a tear. When I first purchased my contract from the dealer the sales person assured me if anything went wrong with my car they would cover me. They didn't mention anything about wear and tear. Which now I believe was a selling scheme so consumers could dish out extra money. On 10-17 I had to cancel my warranty Contract with universal Underwriters so i could afford to pay my engine repairs which came out to $2,880. Universal Underwriters only refunded me $1600. I couldn't believe this company charged me 400 dollars for cancellation fee. I contacted them and they said the fee is due to the current mileage on the vechicle which was 103,960 mi. Finally on 10-25-06 I got my car back NO THANKS to Universal Underwriters.
