Harrassd and ripped off

We were told by a customer service rep our pay-off. We sent it overnight only to be told later of an error. We then overnighted a second check and then the fun began.

Since we have been harrassed by this company over a claimed insurance debt. They have sent us through a string of the most obnoxious indivduals that we have ever been in contact with. We even wnet through the insurance company and verified that they had ben paid in full and the idiots at UUAC had even sent them a form showing that the debt was paid in full.

We are stil in dispute with this company. We have been ridiculed, cussed at, hung up on, and have been the receipient of multiple phone calls in a row.

The last quote from the "customer service rep" was that we was in the process of laminating our title so he could display it on his desk.

We got into the loan over our head and then did everything humanly possible to get it paid off. Now that we have we are being unfairly treated and they continue to try and rip us off by saying that we owe money to them that they have already received from another company.
