Enterprise Rent-a-car
Car checked out fine, all of a sudden there was HAIL damage after they parked it

I had gone into enterprise to return my car, mind you there are NO PARKING SPACES anywhere on the street, so i had my boyfriend stop in a no parking zone. I went inside gave them the keys watched the guy inspect it they said everything was OK and then after the guy comes in from parking it all of sudden he whispers to the lady behind the counter, and all of a sudden there wa hail damage... I have not seen one hail storm in my 20 years of being alive... Are you crazy?! They said nothing would be done to me because i had no clue what they were talking about and they told me to have a nice day. I left. 2 months later i recieve a letter that they had that car repaired for 800$... Then i have to pay theadministrative fees of 100$ and diminishment of value was 80 more dollars... 980$ they want me to pay. ARE THEY CRAZY? I have no money. I make about 100$ a week... They rather me starve. So they can have a new hood on a non damaged car. I am outraged and i urge anyone and everyone not to EVER rent from there.
