Ripoff fraudulent sexist scams

I had a car that developed an oil leak so I called this guy at TMS Auto. He quoted me $50.00 labor to look at the car. Thirty minutes after I dropped off my car, he called me back! Said I blew a head gasket and it was $1230.00 to repair. Due to lack of money, the car sat for 7 months before I finally came up with the $'s to fix it. The battery was dead and my father, who by the way is terminally ill and on oxygen, came outside to help me change the battery. With in 5 minutes, he saw the leak AT THE TOP OF THE MOTOR! It was the oil sending unit. A $45 part from NAPA! He managed to chaneg it in 10 minutes. I called TMS and asked how a trained auto specialist could miss something so clear. All the mager could say was it was the guys in the shops fault. They were fraudulent, sexist people who looked at the dumb blonde walk in the door and thought ""SCAM""!! We can get her! Needless to say after a nasty letter, they refused to refund me my $50.00 I paid for nothing! I mean it's not possible they even looked at the car!!
