Ripoff dishonest customer service

I purchased a set of expensive snow tires and all weather tires from Les Schwab. When my wife went to the location in Pullman, WA to have the snow tires switched back to regular tires we were under the impression that the switchover would be free based on what the Les Schwab people told us. They did not tell my wife before she handed the car over for service that the there would be $50 cost in switching the tires.

After calling the representative at the Pullman location I was informed that it would have been free if the tires being switched out were on their own wheels. Of course the sales person selling the snow tires when I had my all weather tires switched in first place never informed me of this little fact. The sales reps actually had the opportunity to upsell me products and did not act upon it. Then they failed to tell us how much a service would cost until after they already comleted that service. Les Schwab employees are extremely dishonest and care very little about providing excellent customer service.
