Enterprise Rent A Car
$3,281.00 for scratches. Just another victim of fraud

Made a reservation for a car with Enterprise online. Got off the plane got all the paper work done. Then, sorry we dont have the car you reserved and paid for online. We do have a truck a twice the rate or you can go somewhere else. They scratched through the contract wrote in the information for the truck. Took the truck and left.

Returned the truck. Get home, phone call saying they found damage. They claim it looks like I used it to move stuff and scratched it up. Disputed this with the caller. I reservered a car had no need for a truck was only visiting my granddaughter. Three weeks later I get a bill for $1758.51. I call argue my point. No success. A week later get another bill, now the damage is up to $2986.01.

I call my insurance company for advice. Advised to file a claim and let the adjuster check it out. They get the reports and the pictures. They agree with me and denied the claim. I sent Enterprise a letter damanding the difference in the car I had rented online and what I actually ended up paying. No response.

Now ten weeks later I get another bill. Now the damage is up to$3,281.82. That's another thing I don't understand, how can they keep finding more damage everytime I hear from them. Say if they don't recieve payment in ten days collections or a lawyer.

What can a person like me do? I can't afford to hire a lawyer. It is very stressful to feel like you are being railroaded and don't have any recourse, or the money to had over.
