Big D transmission, has ripped me off for $2,211 dollars. This shop has a fraudulent website to lure in customers and straight up ripoff people, they have no certified mechanics, nothing but shady tree mechanics, the lifetime prorated warranty is fake. The shop will sabotage your vehicle so continue to take your vehicle back thinking your warranty covers the repair they rigged up. They have conman named Rich that works there, will feed you a bunch of BS. Do not trust this man he is a 100% conman. And has no remorse in ripping you off. The warranty is straight trash just like the people who own and run this business.
